Same Day Visa Service For Biometric Applications

For all the applications requiring Biometrics of the applicants e.g. PBS applications, FLR (M) applications and few others, we have to get appointments from the Home Office, PEO by providing the details of the applicants for biometric purposes and the applicants will attend the Home Office with our legal representative for biometric purposes. The appointments for Same Day Service (Premium Service) are requested from the Home Office, PEO every Monday by sending email to them at 9:00 AM. The Same Day Service (Premium Service appointments are allocated by the Home Office on "First Come, First Served" basis. The appointment is usually given for the application to be submitted within a period of two weeks.

How And When To Contact Us For Your Same Day Visa Service?

If you need an appointment for Same Day Service (Premium Service) in a biometric category, you must instruct us for this at least two weeks before the date for which an appointment is needed. For Non-biometric applications, we can submit your application on thursdays and you should instruct us at least 3 working days before the application is to be submitted so that the application can be prepared very well before it is submitted to the Home Office on Thursday.

The PBS applications are not decided by the Home Office the same day rather we are informed about the outcome of the applications very next day. Please be advised that the Biometric Residence Permit (The Biometric Card) is sent to us by the Home Office by special delivery within a week or so. In all the PBS (Points Based System) applications, the leave to remain is endorsed on Biometric Card also known as Biometric Residence Permit and not on the passport.

Please be advised that the Home Office, PEO will decide the ILR applications on the same day only if the application is straightforward and not complex. The Home Office, PEO decides majority of the applications (more than 98% of the applications we submit) on the same day and only very few applications are retained by the Home Office, PEO for further enquiries.
