Can I Apply For Tier 1 PSW Visa Even After The Expiry Of My Tier 4 Student Visa?

You can apply for Tier 1 PSW visa even if your Tier 4 Student visa has already expired. An out of time application can be made through same day visa service if your Tier 4 Student visa did not expire more than six months ago. If your Tier 4 Student visa expired more than six months ago, you can still apply for Tier 1 PSW but only by post and not through same day visa service.

Duration of Tier 1 PSW Visa

When Is Tier 1 PSW Category Closing?

The Home Office, UKBA has announced that the Tier 1 PSW category will be closed in April 2012. Tier 4 Student will no longer be able to apply for Tier 1 PSW Migrant visa after the category is closed in April 2012.

• Please be advised that VAT is not be applicable where our client does not have a valid leave to remain in the UK at the time of his/her instructions to us in relation to his/her Tier 1 PSW application.

• If you cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of instructing us in relation to your Tier 1 PSW application, you can pay half of the fee at the time of instrucing us and the balance can be paid by monthly installments.

• The agreed fee covers all our work until decision by the Home Office on the Tier 1 PSW application. However, the agreed fee does not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. translation of documents, Home Office fee etc.
