Unmarried Partner Visa Application - FLR (M) Application

An unmarried partner visa application [FLR (M) Application] can be made to the Home Office, UKBA as unmarried partner of a person present and settled in the UK and the application will be successful if all the relevant requirements under the Immigration Rules are duly satisfied by the applicant. To qualify for the definition of an  unmarried partner, the applicant has to show that he/she has been living with the person present and settled in the UK for last two years (documentary evidence of cohabitation is a manadatory requirement).
