The court will grant permission to appeal if it is found that there was an arguable material error of law in the determination of the Immigration Judge.

• We will charge you a fee from £1,200.00 + VAT for our professional immigration services. The agreed fee will depend on the complexity of the matter and the casework involved in the matter.
