You can apply for ILR as a stateless person once you have completed 5 years in the UK continuously with leave to remain as a stateless person.

Requirements for indefinite leave to remain as a stateless person

According to paragraph 407 of the Immigration Rules, the requirements for indefinite leave to remain as a stateless person are that the applicant:

  1. has made a valid application to the Secretary of State for indefinite leave to remain as a stateless person;
  2. was last granted limited leave to remain as a stateless person in accordance with paragraph 405 of the Immigration Rules;
  3. has spent a continuous period of five years in the United Kingdom with leave to remain as a stateless person;
  4. continues to meet the requirements of paragraph 403 of the Immigration Rules.
