Clients who book a consultation by telephone or email and choose to make payment later must ensure that full payment is received by 5:30 pm on the day the booking is made.
If the consultation is due to take place before 5:30 pm on the same day, full payment must be received before the scheduled appointment time.
All appointments remain provisional until payment has been received. Sunrise Solicitors reserves the right to cancel any unpaid appointment once the applicable payment deadline has passed.
Sunrise Solicitors will not be responsible for any adverse consequence affecting the client's immigration or other legal matter where an appointment is cancelled due to non-payment.
