After this initial advice, you will then need to book a paid consultation so that we can discuss your matter thoroughly and advise you specifically.

3Get an Honest Assessment Based on Your Circumstances

We conduct a generic assessment and advise you honestly on your position when you call us for free immigration advice. However, for detailed assessment you are advised to book a paid consultation through Telephone/Teams/WhatsApp or in-person. You will receive guidance on eligibility, required documents, procedures, timelines, costs and so on. Additionally, we provide a fixed-fee quote for managing your case which lasts up to the decision of the matter. Our quoted fee does not include any disbursements as the clients will have to pay those separately such as the application fee, Immigration Health Surcharge, Appeal Fee, Barristers Fee, Doctor’s reports, psychologist reports etc.

5What Happens After the Consultation

If, after the free immigration advice, you believe that your matter needs thorough consideration, then you can choose either a 30-minute or a 60-minute paid consultation. After a detailed assessment of your case, the Immigration Solicitors will quote you a fixed fee for your matter that needs to be paid to confirm your instructions. We also offer the option of paying our fees in instalments if you are unable to pay our fees at once. Once your instructions have been confirmed then our Immigration Caseworker will send you a service agreement which you can sign digitally and email to our office. After the retainers have been signed, the caseworker will then be able to send you a list of documents or carry out necessary work as discussed.
