We have three stage complaints handling procedure whereby we acknowledge the receipt of your complaint, investigate the complaint and then respond to the same within 8 weeks of acknowledgement of your complaint.
At Sunrise Solicitors, we try our ultimate best to resolve any complaints raised by you internally. We have a very good track of handling and resolving any concerns raised by our clients. Should there be the case of a delay in response to your complaints, the Director/complaint-handler will keep you updated.
