Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high-quality legal services to all our clients. If you become dissatisfied with any aspect of the legal services offered by us in relation to your matter, or have any other grounds of complaint, please do not hesitate to raise this directly with us in writing, by telephone or personally. You should raise your complaint with the Principal, Mr Arshad Mahmood. Your complaint will be investigated as soon as possible through the firm’s internal complaints procedure. We have three stage complaints handling procedure whereby we acknowledge the receipt of your complaint, investigate the complaint and then respond to the same within 8 weeks of acknowledgement of your complaint.
At Sunrise Solicitors, we try our ultimate best to resolve any complaints raised by you internally. We have a very good track of handling and resolving any concerns raised by our clients. Should there be the case of a delay in response to your complaints, the Director/complaint-handler will keep you updated.
Our complaints handling procedure is reserved for the clients of the firm. You may not be able to complain through this procedure until and unless Sunrise Solicitors has provided its legal services to you.
